I received two separate orders from you and each took exactly a week to receive. Brand X had my money for six weeks and no product showed up. Your customer service is by far the best!!!!

I have to explain that the Woodford Reserve 150th Kentucky Derby bottle is beautiful, and Woodford Reserve Bourbon is outstanding! Barbank, on the other hand is HORRIBLE! I purchased this on April 21, 2024, 2 weeks before the Kentucky Derby that we attended. I had been given a bottle as a gift and I wanted to purchase another bottle for a friend who has done a lot for us. E-mail received on April 22, 2024, states "Label Created" and waiting for pickup. Today is May 9, 2024 and the package has STILL not been picked up! 5 (FIVE) E-mails to Barbank and ZERO replies! The Woodford Reserve is a great bottle and great bourbon. Barbank is WORTHLESS!

For many years, a group of friends and I would gather together and go to the Kentucky Derby. There is absolutely nothing like it, especially if you have a love of horses. When I found out Woodford Reserve was and had been doing commerative bottles/labels to the Running of the Roses, I had to start buying these exquisite pieces of art. No, I have not opened a single bottle of these, but I have and continue to thoroughly enjoy the smooth blend of Woodford bourbon. It's a bourbon for sipping and letting your pallette enjoy all the varying notes of this fine pour. Neat, please.
