Shipping Information

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

All orders placed Monday through Friday are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Our operating hours are from 7am-5pm PST Monday-Friday.

We take underage purchasing and possession of alcohol very seriously. By ordering from the Barbank website, you represent and affirm that you are at least 21 years old. All deliveries must be signed for by an adult who is at least age 21. In order to protect the integrity of our business, we caution you that if we discover any violation of applicable law, we will take active steps to report any such violation to the appropriate authorities.

All sales are final. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@barbank.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We offer $15 Flat Rate shipping for all orders. $15 Flat Rate Shipping EXLCUDES Alaska and Hawaii.

*We fulfill orders from multiple warehouses. If your order requires bottles from multiple warheouses, the flat rate shipping will be $15 from each warehouse location.

We require an adult signature by the recipient of any order. Our third-party delivery partner will not allow a package to be left without an adult signature, and we highly recommend that you use an office or business address for the “Shipping Address” when checking out. By using a business or office address, it will facilitate delivery by enabling an adult to be available to sign for the package and to take possession.

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.

Depending on the order, we use multiple warehouse locations that we fulfill bottles orders from. This means that your order could have been shipped in multiple shipments.
