Shipping Information

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

All orders placed are processed within 24-72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Our operating hours are from 7am-5pm PST Monday-Friday.

We take underage purchasing and possession of alcohol very seriously. By ordering from the Barbank website, you represent and affirm that you are at least 21 years old. All deliveries must be signed for by an adult who is at least age 21. In order to protect the integrity of our business, we caution you that if we discover any violation of applicable law, we will take active steps to report any such violation to the appropriate authorities.

All sales are final. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@barbank.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Adult Signature Required: To protect the security and integrity of your purchase, some packages are designated to require an adult signature upon delivery. An adult 21 years of age or older, must be present to sign for the package.

Refunds on Returned Packages:

Restocking Fee: There will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from the total amount of your refund for packages returned to our warehouse due to the absence of an eligible recipient to sign for the package. This is to cover administrative, handling, and restocking costs.

Shipping Costs: The original shipping costs are non-refundable. Should you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Claiming Refunds: Upon receipt of the returned package at our warehouse, and after the necessary checks have been completed, the remaining amount after deductions (restocking fee and original shipping costs) will be refunded to the original method of payment. This process might take up to 10-15 business days.

Re-Ordering: If you wish to reorder the item after it has been returned, you will need to place a new order and shipping costs will apply as per our standard shipping rates.

We appreciate your understanding and thank you for shopping with Barbank. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Always ensure someone is available to sign for your package to avoid additional costs and delays.

We require an adult signature by the recipient of any order. Our third-party delivery partner will not allow a package to be left without an adult signature, and we highly recommend that you use an office or business address for the “Shipping Address” when checking out. By using a business or office address, it will facilitate delivery by enabling an adult to be available to sign for the package and to take possession. If you package is returned to us after the third delivery attempt, we will refund the cost of the bottles only.

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.

Depending on the order, we use multiple warehouse locations that we fulfill bottles orders from. This means that your order could have been shipped in multiple shipments.
