Nose: Honey, Sweet Oats, Orange Blossom, Cinnamon.

Palate: Graham Cracker, Cinnamon, Toasted Oats, Cocoa Nibs.

Finish: Long finish, sweet up front, creeping spice with a touch of salinity.
