Our second limited release in collaboration with UNDEFEATED, this six-year-old, 106-proof American Single Malt is distilled from Skagit Valley Maltings barley, a varietal long recognized for its impeccable quality and terroir.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Honey, Sweet Oats, Orange Blossom, Cinnamon.

Palate: Graham Cracker, Cinnamon, Toasted Oats, Cocoa Nibs.

Finish: Long finish, sweet up front, creeping spice with a touch of salinity.
