Bottled from one hand-chosen cask, this September 2025 release — Bruce's pick — comes out of Wild Turkey's Private Selection Single Barrel program, where individual barrels are set aside during the distillery's quality control process. At 50.5% ABV, it goes into the 750 ml bottle at barrel strength rather than being proofed down.
Because nothing is blended away, the pour reflects the character of that one barrel: caramel and vanilla up front, oak spice and rye spice through the middle, and the warmth typical of a cask-strength Kentucky bourbon.
