Wheat gives the whiskey its gentler side, while a second finish in wave stave barrels layers in toasted depth. Aging takes place in double American oak.
The nose opens with vanilla, orange cr"me and toasted honey wheat, leading to sweet cinnamon bread, candied citrus and caramelized sugar across the palate. A medium finish closes with soft charred oak. Pour it neat, over ice, or mix it into cocktails such as a Peach Cobbler Old Fashioned or a Bourbon Bramble. 750 ml.
