Every batch, on average, is made from 20 barrels. A blend of small batch barrels, this bourbon has a rich, complex and fainly sweet flavour courtesy of its corn mash and aging in new charred oak barrels. The bourbon in each batch was distilled in Crestwood with grain grown by Waldeck Farms next door to the distillery.
