All orders placed Monday through Friday are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Our operating hours are from 7am-5pm PST Monday-Friday.

We require an adult signature by the recipient of any order. Our third-party delivery partner will not allow a package to be left without an adult signature, and we highly recommend that you use an office or business address for the “Shipping Address” when checking out.
