Made entirely from blue Weber agave and bottled with no additives, Tapatío Blanco is highland tequila stripped back to its essentials. After distillation it rests briefly in stainless steel, just long enough for the components to knit together without dulling the fresh agave character. The result is a 40% ABV blanco that leads with cooked agave and lemon zest.
On the palate, a subtle sweetness carries through before black pepper heat arrives and the finish turns clean and warming. It holds up on its own and works equally well as the base of a margarita or paloma, offering intensity and depth rather than polish. Available in a 1 L bottle.
