Description
Stella Rosa Tropical Passion Brandy is made in the hills of Northern Italy from young Trebbiano white grapes, hand-harvested at peak ripeness. The grapes are fermented in temperature-controlled tanks, then distilled twice in copper pot stills using the traditional Charentais method.
After aging in Slavonian oak, the spirit is blended with all-natural flavors of ripe passion fruit, juicy pineapple and sweet mango. It is produced in small batches and bottled at 35% ABV (70 proof) in a 750 ml bottle.
