Description

Stella Rosa Prosecco DOC Treviso is a lightly sweet sparkling white built on Glera grapes drawn from family-farmed vineyards in the hills of Treviso. The sloping sites drain well, which concentrates flavor, while cool mountain air keeps acidity lively. Expect notes of bosc pear, yellow apple, and lemon across a 750 ml bottle at 11% ABV, offered in a limited edition tin suited to gifting.

After harvest the fruit is pressed, centrifuged, and the juice is held cold at 28 degrees Fahrenheit. Small lots are fermented at intervals through the year so the wine stays fresh and delicate, with alcohol and natural carbonation developing together. When the target sweetness is reached, the wine is centrifuged and bottled. Natural acidity and a low pH balance that sweetness, keeping the finish clean rather than heavy or cloying.
