    About Stags

    Karia is blended from vineyards across southern Napa Valley, including sites in the Atlas Peak District, Oak Knoll AVA (with the estate Danika Ranch), Carneros and Coombsville's Arcadia Vineyard. The Carneros sites at Beckstoffer Las Amigas and Carneros Creek, cooled morning and evening by breezes off San Pablo Bay, add citrus and mineral character, while Arcadia contributes perfume and delicate fruit and Danika Ranch brings juicy apple and pear; fruit was picked early while cool, whole cluster pressed for freshness, with oak and malolactic fermentation used sparingly.
