I have contacted customer service many times. I placed my order 7/27 and it didn't ship till 8/5. It took over 2 weeks for my order to go out and I needed delivery by 8/7. I contacted customer service BEFORE it was shipped and since they acknowledged it was your error in delaying shipping (I was charged immediately) if I could have upgraded priority shipping. It was ignored and my complaints afterward were ignored by saying you will look into it which was never done. I will be putting in my "REVIEW" and complaints to social media and review sites so other people do not have this problem. There any many other options to purchase from and I will never make the mistake of ordering from Barbank
