Made from 100% Weber Azul agave, the agave hearts are slow-roasted in traditional masonry ovens and tahona-crushed for exceptional purity. Double distilled in copper pot stills, the tequila is then aged for 14 months in hand-selected, seven-year-old American White Oak barrels, which are treated with a proprietary charring process to bring out rich, layered flavors.

Expect a smooth, complex profile with notes of cooked agave, sweet vanilla, caramel, apples, almonds, subtle smoke, and refined tannins. Bottled at 40% ABV, this limited edition release carries forward the Sauza family's legacy of innovation and craftsmanship.
