Description

Made in Collaboration with Boordy Vineyards

Winemaking in Maryland is synonymous with Boordy Vineyards, and we’re proud to call them both partners and friends in crafting delicious, locally rooted products. That’s why we’re excited to bring back our Albariño Cask Finish Rye Whiskey. This whiskey showcases a mineral rarely found in whiskeys, originating from Boordy’s locally grown Albariño grapes—a varietal that grows well in our home state. We finished our 4-year-old straight rye whiskey for over 4 years in Boordy’s ex-Albariño barrels, resulting in a spirit with vibrant notes of ripe stone fruits, honeysuckle, and fragrant oak, leading into a long, floral finish with traces of salinity.

Flavor Profile
Wildflower honey, cinnamon-hazelnuts, vanilla, dried papaya, baking spices, and a hint of salinity.

Aged 4 years in charred new oak barrels.

Finished for 4 years in Albariño barrels.
