Drawn from founder Kaveh Zamanian's personal reserve, this Founders Collection release began as a small group of 15-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey barrels. Those barrels were then transferred into casks built from Japanese Mizunara oak, giving the whiskey a second maturation and making it a double oaked, cask strength bourbon bottled at 57.1% ABV in a 750 ml bottle.

The nose leads with rich caramel and vanilla, followed by layers of oak and toasted nuts. A smooth sweetness carries through and lingers on the finish.
