Outlaw Distillery was founded in January 2015 by a diesel mechanic with a passion for distillation, built with less than $90,000 in personal funds inside a 2,500-square-foot facility in Midvale, Utah. While awaiting permits, the team constructed their own distilling equipment, reflecting an ethos of self-reliance and innovation. The distillery works grain-to-glass with local Utah grains hand-delivered by farmers, making whiskeys, rums and moonshines with close attention to removing impurities for a cleaner, sweeter taste.
