    About Outlaw Distillery

    Outlaw Distillery was founded in January 2015 in Midvale, Utah, by a diesel mechanic with a passion for distillation, who started with less than $90,000 in personal funds and a modest 2,500-square-foot facility. While waiting on permits, the team built their own distilling equipment, reflecting an ethos of self-reliance and innovation. The distillery works grain-to-glass with local Utah grains hand-delivered by farmers, producing whiskeys, rums, and moonshines with careful attention to removing impurities for a cleaner, sweeter taste.
