    About Outlaw Distillery

    Outlaw Distillery was started in January 2015 by a diesel mechanic in Midvale, Utah, who put less than $90,000 of his own money into a 2,500-square-foot space and built his own distilling equipment while waiting on permits. The operation works grain-to-glass with Utah grain hand-delivered by local farmers, making whiskeys, rums and moonshines with careful cuts for a cleaner, sweeter character.
