Description

Noilly Prat Original Dry Vermouth is built on a secret recipe dating to 1813. It is crafted beside the Mediterranean Sea from a base of fine white wines, presented in a 1 L bottle.

A defining stage of production sees selected wines aged outdoors in oak casks, left open to the natural elements. An aromatic blend of herbs and spices sourced from around the world is then used to gently infuse the wines, shaping the bouquet and taste of the finished vermouth.

Pale golden straw in the glass. Slightly oaked mistelles carry herbal aromas balanced by floral notes and hints of chamomile, while the dry white wines lead to a complex yet delicate bitter finish with a touch of spice.
