Nikka Coffey Gin is distilled entirely in a traditional Coffey still, a method that gives the spirit its silky texture and rich body. It draws on decades of Nikka expertise in white spirits and whisky blending.
The botanical build centers on Japanese citrus — yuzu, amanatsu, kabosu, and shequasar — with subtle apple notes and a finishing accent of Japanese sansho pepper.
Aromas of yuzu, lemon zest, and ripe orange open into a softly sweet palate of layered citrus, gentle spice, and earthy juniper. The finish is tangy and refreshing, closing with green sansho pepper. Bottled at 47% ABV in a 750 ml bottle.
