All orders placed Monday through Friday are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Our operating hours are from 7am-5pm PST Monday-Friday.

We require an adult signature by the recipient of any order. Our third-party delivery partner will not allow a package to be left without an adult signature, and we highly recommend that you use an office or business address for the “Shipping Address” when checking out. By using a business or office address, it will facilitate delivery by enabling an adult to be available to sign for the package and to take possession.

Non-California residents are responsible for determining if their state or county laws allow wines, spirits or tobacco products to be shipped into their state or county. Each state or county has their own laws and regulations related to these products. Please check with your appropriate agencies. Each individual accepts full responsibility for their state verification.

When purchasing alcohol through Barbank.com, you will be the legal owner of the goods when your order has been approved and payment has been processed. Title to all alcoholic beverages purchased on this Site pass to you in the State of California when the goods are picked up our courier services.
