Martini & Rossi Riserva Speciale Bitter Liqueur takes its cue from the original 1872 recipe and is made with 100% natural ingredients. Three rare botanicals — saffron, angostura and columba — give the liqueur its richness and its layered dimensions of bitterness.

The liqueur is rested in the same Tino casks used for the Riserva Speciale Vermouth di Torino extracts. Its bitter profile was built to work alongside Vermouth di Torino in the Martini & Rossi Negroni.

A blend of spices and fruits makes for a robust yet smooth pour, with black pepper, cardamom, orange zest, cinnamon and rose highlights. Bottled at 28.5% ABV in a 750 ml bottle.

Martini & Rossi was founded on the 1863 partnership between Alessandro Martini, an entrepreneur with a global outlook, and Luigi Rossi, whose botanical fragrances drew attention along Turin's Via Dora Grossa. Their first vermouth together was Martini & Rossi Rosso, a blend that remains unchanged to this day.
