The Tobala bottling is distilled entirely from 100% Tobala agave, a wild variety often likened to a truffle that grows naturally only in shaded, higher-elevation terrain.
Bottled at 44% ABV in a 750 ml format, it opens with smoke and earth alongside roasted agave, then turns brighter with citrus zest. A touch of minerality and a light peppery note close out the finish.
