Distilled from 100% blue agave, it carries a dynamic profile that holds style and character in balance. The aroma opens on herbal notes — fresh agave, green bell pepper, rosemary and basil — before sweeter tones of honey, pear and citrus arrive, with lilac and lavender floral touches behind them.
The palate is creamy and well-structured, confirming those aromatics with sweet agave flavors and an almost saline minerality. Silky, velvety texture carries into a medium-to-long aftertaste. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) in a 750 ml format, it suits lighter plates such as vegetables, seafood and citrus-driven dishes, where the agave stays forward.
