    Eduardo “Lalo” González and David “R” Carballido, lifelong friends from Guadalajara, Mexico, founded LALO Tequila as a tribute to tradition and purity. Drawing on Lalo’s family legacy of tequila making and David’s experience working with top producers, the idea was sparked by a memorable tequila blanco served at a family wedding. Inspired by its simplicity and authenticity, they set out to create a tequila that reflects the true essence of agave, using only three ingredients—fully mature Highland agave, deep well water from Jalisco, and champagne yeast. By focusing exclusively on unaged blanco tequila and avoiding additives or aging processes, LALO delivers a clean, crisp expression that honors its heritage while offering a fresh, modern take on tequila.
