About Lalo
LALO Tequila was founded by lifelong friends Eduardo "Lalo" González and David "R" Carballido of Guadalajara, Mexico, drawing on Lalo's family legacy of tequila making and David's work with leading producers; the idea came from a tequila blanco served at a family wedding. The tequila is made with three ingredients: fully mature Highland agave, deep well water from Jalisco, and champagne yeast. The brand works exclusively with unaged blanco tequila, using no additives and no aging.
