Krampus Bottled in Bond Rye Whiskey comes from Chuckanut Bay Distillery in Bellingham, Washington. The mash bill is 100% rye, grown for the distillery by a farmer in Whatcom County, and every step happens on site: milling, mashing, fermentation, distillation, aging and bottling.
The whiskey rests for more than five years in new American white oak barrels that are toasted and given a No. 3 char, then goes into the bottle at 100 proof (50% ABV) under bottled-in-bond rules.
