Pinot Noir, Gamay and Zinfandel give it a light, bright character with high acidity, Sangiovese deepens the color and drives the aromatics, and Chenin Blanc keeps the wine delicate and balanced.
The result is very bright fruit flavors, with aromas of raspberry and vanilla carrying through an intensely aromatic, sweet style. It pairs well with dark chocolate, particularly alongside strawberries, raspberries or cherries.
