    About Ketel One

    The Nolet Distillery dates to 1691 and has passed from father to son across more than 11 generations. The 10th generation, Carolus, drew on his great-great-grandfather's tasting notes to pair column distillation with copper pot still spirit, naming the result after Distilleerketel #1, the coal-fired pot still pictured on every label; the family personally approves each batch before bottling.
