Before aging, the whiskey is charcoal mellowed drop by drop through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal, the step that gives it its smooth character. It then matures in handcrafted, charred white oak barrels until the tasters decide it is ready.
Orange-amber in the glass, with balanced caramel, vanilla and toasted oak. Medium bodied, creamy and clean, with a balance of sweet and oaky flavors.
