Fermented and aged in barrel, this Chardonnay comes from cool-climate fruit grown in the Lohr family's estate vineyards in Arroyo Seco, on California's Monterey coast. The grapes are sustainably farmed and the wine is sustainably produced, carrying the Certified California Sustainable seal.
Fresh, youthful and textured in the glass, it opens with floral notes alongside peach and nectarine, then moves into citrus, apple, pear and cream, with baking spices and honey filling in behind. A light frame of oak carries the long finish. 750 ml, 14% ABV.
