An American style Single Malt, it’s the first to be distilled in the Hudson Valley. We start with 100% whole ground malted barley and pot-distill it one small batch at a time in a converted granary at the historic Tuthilltown Gristmill. It’s then aged in new charred American oak casks and bottled at 92 proof, preserving its bold taste and rich hue.
