The aroma leads with anise and licorice, backed by herbs, spice and Mediterranean botanicals. On the palate the herbaceous complexity typical of Provençal spirits comes through, and the classic louche effect appears when water is added.

Made for the traditional water dilution ritual, or served as an aperitif.
