For the 2026 Lunar New Year, Hennessy pairs its X.O cognac with artwork by Xu Zhen, wrapping the 750ml bottle in bold horse imagery. Inside is the same X.O blend that first carried the Extra Old designation in 1870, built from eaux-de-vie aged for decades and bottled at 40% ABV.
The cognac pours a deep amber with mahogany highlights typical of X.O. Dried fruit, warm spice and oak run through the blend, held together with the balance and depth that come from long aging. A limited-edition release that works as much as a display piece as a pour.
