The whiskey is made from Heaven Hill's traditional bourbon mashbill of 78% corn, 10% rye and 12% malted barley. Twenty-two years in the barrel give it a deep, concentrated character.

About Heaven Hill

Heaven Hill traces its roots to the Old Heaven Hill Springs Distillery in Bardstown, co-founded by the Shapira brothers in 1935. Since 1999, the Bernheim Distillery in downtown Louisville has been the cornerstone of the company's operations, producing upwards of 1,300 barrels a day using the same traditional methods used at that first plant. Each spring, the Heritage Collection presents new editions drawn from the distillery's oldest stocks.
