Gentleman's Cut is a partnership between Stephen Curry and John Schwartz of Amuse Bouche Winery with Boone County Distilling Co., on the Kentucky Craft Bourbon Trail. The whiskey is distilled in 500-gallon copper pot stills and aged in charred new white oak barrels.
