Each barrel was hand-selected by Master Distiller Donnis Todd from the distillery’s most prized and distinctive stock, set aside for additional maturation in the extreme Texas Hill Country climate, and aged for at least eight years to achieve unparalleled depth of flavor. Bottled at cask strength — 141 proof — uncut and unfiltered, with 16,000 bottles produced.
