Don Cheyo Silver is an unaged blanco tequila made from blue agave, bottled at 750 ml. Without time in oak, it shows the pure agave character of freshly distilled tequila.
The profile is bright and crisp, with fresh agave up front, citrus, a touch of pepper and herbal notes through the finish. The clean agave core gives it versatility, whether mixed into margaritas and other classic tequila drinks or poured straight.
