Description

Dom Ruinart Rosé 2007 is a vintage prestige cuvée named for Dom Thierry Ruinart, the erudite and visionary Benedictine monk who saw the potential of "wine with bubbles" at the end of the 17th century. The first Dom Ruinart Rosé was created in 1966 and released in 1973.

The wine matures slowly, spending up to 12 years in the Crayères, the thousand-year-old chalk cellars used by the house.

The profile is balanced, with a smooth texture and subtle notes that reflect its craftsmanship. Bottled at 750 ml, 12.5% ABV.
