Description

Del Maguey Single Village Tobala is a limited mezcal produced by Rogelio Martinez Cruz in the mountains of Oaxaca, made from wild tobalá agave that has grown for more than twelve years. It was the first wild varietal mezcal available in the US and remains a cult favorite.

The nose opens floral and sweet with mango and cinnamon, alongside roasted agave smoke, citrus zest and a note of parmesan rind. The palate carries a signature creaminess, with earthy depth, a hint of pepper and a long mineral finish.

Bottled at 49% ABV in a 750 ml bottle.
