Creyente Mezcal Artesanal Joven Tobalá is made from Tobalá agaves selected across several regions and brought together by the distillery's Maestro Mezcalero. Traditional methods are used throughout, with distillation in small copper stills. 750 ml at 40% ABV.
The blend is described through three animal spirits: the bear for its robust body, strength and boldness; the deer for sweetness, intuition and an earthy, floral character; and the jaguar for smoky notes, elegance and power.
In the glass it is clear and colorless with silver highlights. The nose balances herbal and floral hints with gentle smoke and a potent earthy aroma. The palate is delicately soft, melding fruity and smoky tones, and the ultra smooth finish brings citrusy brightness together with grounding earthiness.
