Cooperstown Distillery's Rollie Fingers Elite Edition is a Cooperstown Select Straight Bourbon Whiskey hand-picked by Rollie Fingers himself, chosen as his personal preference in recognition of his career and the others honored in Cooperstown alongside him.
This is a 100% New York State straight bourbon made from local grains, built on a proprietary four-grain mash bill of 65% corn with the remaining 35% made up of oats, rye and barley. The small batch is aged in new charred oak barrels and bottled at 50% ABV in a 750 ml bottle.
- Nose and palate: warm and complex, with oak, spice and dried fruit
- Front end: generous clove and allspice
