The agave is estate-harvested at full maturity, then cooked and pressed so only the finest juice moves forward. Three ingredients go into the bottle at 44.7% ABV: agave, water and yeast.
Fermentation happens in Cabernet wine barrels, followed by double distillation with no heavy dilution. The Rosa Reposado then rests in hand-toasted French Oak, where the Cabernet influence lends a rosy color, a soft red-wine character and a floral aroma. Natural agave sweetness sits alongside deep fruit, savory vanilla, black pepper, citrus and butter. Bottled at Origen from one dedicated distillery, 750 ml.
