Its character comes from the Aji Panca chilli, a pepper long used in Andean ceremonies and known for its smoky depth, which is sun-dried and paired with the sharper Locoto variety. Those chillies are folded into Cocalero's own botanical blend, giving the spirit a spiced, layered shape drawn from South American tradition.
The texture is velvety, with sweetness held in balance against fruit, spice and herbal notes that build across the palate. Pour it ice cold, or lengthen it with ginger beer to open up the range of flavors.
