Description
Clever Fox Reposado Rum is made from heritage Louisiana sugar cane syrup, fermented with San Francisco yeast and filtered water. It rests a minimum of five months in new American oak barrels, which gives the rum its golden color.
The aroma leads with sweet molasses and vanilla, followed by hints of tropical fruit and spice. The palate is smooth and rounded, at once spicy and invigorating, bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof) with zero added sugar. Its character works neat or as a base for cocktails.
The 750 ml bottle is made from 100% recycled glass, reflecting more than a century of sugar cane tradition behind the spirit.
