Clever Fox Silver Rum is a blanco rum distilled in small batches over three years of development, built on Louisiana sugar cane syrup, filtered San Diego water, and a proprietary heritage yeast sourced from San Francisco. Bottled at 45% ABV in a 750 ml format, it is made with no added sugar.
The sugar cane syrup follows a 111-year processing tradition, a labor-intensive method that carries its own flavor complexity through to the spirit. The bottle itself is 100% post-consumer recycled glass.
Tasting notes: sweet molasses and vanilla on the nose, with hints of tropical fruit and spice. The palate is smooth and rounded.
