Because it is distilled from fresh sugarcane juice rather than molasses, the rhum keeps the vegetal, earthy character that sets agricole apart from other aged rums. Oak time layers caramel, vanilla and spice over that base.

Tasting notes: caramel, vanilla oak, sugarcane earthiness, dried fruit and spice.
