What remains is a clear tequila that still carries the depth built up during barrel aging.
The body is full, opening with citrus and cooked agave and moving into toasted almond, coconut, apple peel and cacao. Bottled at 40% ABV in a 750 ml bottle, it drinks with a smooth, refined mouthfeel and a finish that lingers.
