About Chandon
Chandon began in 1973, founded by Robert-Jean de Vogüé and California pioneer John Wright as one of the first French-owned sparkling wine ventures in the United States. The house combines French winemaking technique with American entrepreneurship and California fruit, and its vineyards are now considered among the best in the state for sparkling wine.
