This extra añejo pours deep amber with bright copper sparks, opening on intense aromas of apple, pear, quince, and raisins. The palate turns subtly sweet, with wood, nutshells, maple, eucalyptus, clove, and thyme, closing long, complex, balanced, and remarkably smooth. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) in a 750 ml bottle.

About Gran Centenario
Gran Centenario Tequila was founded in 1857 by Lázaro Gallardo and remains family-owned, produced at Ex Hacienda Los Camichines in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Gallardo is credited as the first maestro tequilero, developing the Selección Suave process of blending only the richest, smoothest tequilas — a method still used today.
